Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Please note that Muslim holidays are not considered working days, and processing times may be extended during these periods.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please make sure to also check your spam or junk folder, as tracking emails may sometimes be filtered there.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Free Shipping on orders of $150 and above
• Standard Shipping – $5.99, delivery within 3 to 6 business days
• Express Shipping – $9.99, delivery within 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or location.

Canada Shipping

For orders shipped to Canada, standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
